ELK GROVE, CA (MPG) – Black-and-white spotted outfits, floppy ears and even inflatable cow costumes filled a new Chick-fil-A on Thursday, Feb. 19 as the restaurant marked its opening day by offering a free entrée to guests willing to dress the part.
