(FOX40.COM) — A defendant who shot and killed a man after an argument at a Del Paso Heights convenience store has been convicted of murder.
A jury convicted Guadalupe Valencia of second-degree murder Wednesday, officials announced. He was also convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and the jury ruled that Valencia “personally discharged a firearm causing death.”
