According to the Sacramento Business Journal, Haute Coffee has opened a Roseville shop at 4000 Foothills Blvd., Suite 130. Local ordering pages for both suburbs are already live on Toast and Toast, suggesting the new spots are taking scheduled orders even as broader corporate details catch up.
