A beloved Mexican food truck known for its birria opened its official storefront in South Oak Park last Friday night.
Doña Mari Cocinita held a grand opening for its new home on Feb. 27 at 4204 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The restaurant offers authentic Mexican food including al pastor quesadillas, birria tacos, nieves de garrafa and aqua fresca according to its Yelp page.
