(FOX40.COM) — A man who shot and killed a hostage and wounded two others at a Roseville park has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder.
Eric Abril appeared in court Wednesday where he entered guilty pleas to first-degree murder, the Placer County District Attorney’s Office said. Abril, 38, admitted that the murder was committed during a kidnapping.
The defendant also pled guilty to kidnapping and to the attempted murder of a peace officer. Abril admitted to aggravating factors in the case, too…
