SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA — A family in Stockton is mourning the loss of a 21-year-old man who was killed during a double stabbing at Sacramento’s Downtown Commons (DOCO) entertainment district, a tragedy that has left loved ones devastated and searching for answers.
