(FOX40.COM) — A 10-month-old baby remains in critical condition after a vehicle rolled over twice Tuesday afternoon on the northbound Interstate 5 off-ramp near the West El Camino Avenue exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP told FOX40 that none of the occupants were wearing seat belts. However, officials said that the infant was seated in a car seat but was only partially restrained.
