SACRAMENTO, Calif — Sacramento police detained a suspect linked to a shooting near Oak Park.
Police said officers and crisis negotiators were on the scene with the suspect on the 3300 block of 12th Avenue. Officials were working to get the suspect to exit a vehicle.
