(FOX40.COM) — A man who shot a 20-year-old through the window of a car four years ago has been convicted of first-degree murder.
A Sacramento County jury found Peter Phan guilty of murder Wednesday in the death of 20-year-old Andy Van, prosecutors announced Thursday.
