A new residential midrise is nearing completion at the corner of Land Park Drive and Broadway. With it will come three new concepts from chef Chris Barnum-Dann of the Michelin-starred Localis in midtown.
The concepts will include one restaurant, a European-style market and a high-end bottle shop, according to a social media post from the midrise’s development company.
