Arrest made in Sacramento shooting that killed 28-year-old

(FOX40.COM) — The man accused of shooting and killing a 28-year-old in Sacramento earlier this week has been arrested and charged with murder.

The shooting happened on Tuesday around 9:45 a.m. in the 4000 block of South Watt Avenue. A caller said they heard two gunshots and saw one man, identified only as a 28-year-old, had been shot.

Investigators determined that the suspect, 29-year-old Ricardo Hernandez, argued with the victim, which escalated into a physical fight, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office. Hernandez is accused of shooting the man and fleeing in his vehicle…
