Make Fish Market has announced its reopening after a five-year “hiatus,” with a soft opening today at their midtown location at 1801 L St. from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., according to a post on the business’s social media.
The restaurant, which is part of the Saigon Alley group, is the rebranded version of Make Fish Poke and Sushi Burrito, which occupied the same location from 2013 until its closure in 2020.
According to a social media post, Make Fish is “returning refreshed and reimagined, ready to welcome you all with the same love and aloha that started it all.” It goes on to say that it is returning “with everything you loved plus a few surprises we picked up along the way.”…
