(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman and barricading himself inside a residence in West Sacramento on Friday morning.
The incident began on the 100 block of Alameda Boulevard and was initially connected to activity reported along Jefferson Boulevard, according to the West Sacramento Police Department.
