After nearly a decade of planning, Sacramento’s Broadway corridor is about to get a major culinary boost.
In partnership with local developer Jon Gianulias, Chris Barnum-Dann—a Michelin-starred chef and California’s 2025 Sommelier of the Year—is opening three new concepts at the just-completed Tower Broadway, a 68-unit residential midrise located at 1600 Broadway.
According to a social media update from Scott Kingston of Turton Commercial Real Estate, the ground floor trio will include Sacasta, a Basque-inspired tapas and pintxos bar; Giadanno’s, a European-style market with a butcher, bakery, and creamery; and 4B Wine Cellar, a high-end bottle shop.
