A Sacramento family is pleading for help and putting up a $500 reward after their 7-month-old French bulldog, Kilo, was snatched from outside their North Sacramento home. Surveillance video shows a black SUV pulling up along Frienza Avenue around 3 p.m. Saturday. A person in the passenger seat reaches out, scoops the puppy into the vehicle, then the SUV pulls away. Kilo’s owner, Jannelle Jay, says she has barely slept since and believes her dog was targeted because French bulldogs are considered “worth a lot of money.”
