(FOX40.COM) — An unhoused man was sentenced to 26 years to life in prison after being found guilty of killing another unhoused man, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
The DA’s office said Aaron Spencer and the victim, Eric Roberts, were socializing with each other at an Elk Grove gas station.
