FAIRFIELD, Calif. Investigators have identified the second man killed in a fiery car crash at the entrance to Travis Air Force Base early Tuesday morning.

Taevion Knox, 30, of Oroville, was in the passenger seat of a car being driven by John Newton III, a 28-year-old Sacramento resident.
