SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Residents at a downtown Sacramento apartment complex say ongoing elevator outages are making it difficult — and in some cases dangerous — to get around their building, particularly for those with disabilities.
Tenants at The Hardin Apartments say broken elevators have been a recurring issue, sometimes leaving residents unable to reach their homes or move freely through the building.
