Sacramento County resident warns pet owners after finding hot dogs with acetaminophen

FAIR OAKS, Calif. — A Fair Oaks resident is warning pet owners to stay alert after finding hot dogs stuffed with acetaminophen on his lawn near Miller Park.

The discovery happened on the morning of April 8th, when Steve Parsley said he came across what looked like a piece of hot dog during a routine walk with his dog.

“So when I saw the hot dog piece there, I basically just kind of kicked it towards my dog to let her eat it. That’s when I saw the white pill sticking out of that piece,” said Parsley…
