(FOX40.COM) — A vehicle crashed into a home in Sacramento on Thursday afternoon, damaging a garage, a side wall and a gas meter.
According to the Sacramento Fire Department, fire crews responded to the 7900 block of Deerleaf Drive shortly after 4 p.m. for reports of a collision involving a structure. When firefighters arrived, they found a vehicle that had driven into the garage area of the home.

Fire officials said the crash also caused damage to the side of the house and a nearby gas meter.
