(FOX40.COM) — Two men were arrested following a yearlong multi-agency investigation into an alleged vehicle fraud ring accused of selling cars with rolled-back odometers to unsuspecting buyers across the Sacramento region.
According to the Roseville Police Department, the investigation began about a year ago after a victim in Roseville unknowingly purchased a vehicle from a private seller with a fraudulently altered odometer.
