ST. LOUIS – St. Louis police arrested a man and woman Sunday evening for participating in a street takeover in the city’s Near North Riverfront neighborhood.
According to probable cause statements from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the street takeover happened at the intersection of North Ninth and Branch streets.
Police said officers observed multiple vehicles performing stunts in the intersection, including a Nissan 350Z doing donuts and a Lexus GS300 doing burnouts and donuts…
