Man arrested, charged in robbery of North County business

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man was arrested and charged on Monday with robbing a liquor store in north St. Louis County a week prior.

Willie Scott, 54, of the 100 block of Chambers Road in St. Louis, was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery on Monday. Scott is being held on a $150,000 cash-only, no 10% bond.

On May 18 at around 7:23 p.m., Scott entered Randall’s Wines and Spirits in the 11000 block of Old Halls Ferry Road while wearing a mask that covered his head and face, court documents allege. Court documents then say Scott pointed a handgun at the employees at the register and demanded cash; An employee handed over $800 from the register…
