The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for help locating a 64-year-old Belleville man who was last seen on May 21.
Douglas “Scott” Litsey was reported missing from his home in the Signal Hill neighborhood in west Belleville Sunday, but he was last seen on surveillance camera last Thursday, according to a release from the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department.
Litsey’s niece, Fae Litsey, said her uncle has asthma and may or may not have his inhaler with him. He left his wallet and phone at their home, she said…
