BERKELEY, Mo. – A gathering of family and friends at Ramona-Mathison Lake Park ended in gunfire late Thursday afternoon, leaving one person dead and three others injured.
The shooting happened shortly after 5:20 p.m., according to Major Steve Runge, interim Berkeley Police Chief. The call initially came in as a water rescue.
