ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A section of S. Grand Blvd is closed in the Compton Heights neighborhood of St. Louis City after a woman barricaded herself inside a car. That woman has been taken into custody.
Police say the woman fled a traffic stop and barricaded herself inside a car in the 2100 block of S. Grand early Monday afternoon.
