ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A Nicaraguan man who was detained in his immigration appointment in St. Louis has been moved to a detention center in Louisiana.
According to ICE’s detainee locator, Boanerges Flores-Bravo is now at the Richwood Correctional Center in Monroe, Louisiana.
