ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man faces charges in connection with two window-smashing incidents at a business on South Grand Boulevard.
Nicholas Owens, 27, faces two counts of first-degree property damage after Steve’s Hot Dogs had windows smashed Monday and Tuesday, according to court documents.
According to a probable cause statement, Owens broke plate-glass windows at the business worth more than $750 each. Owens used a rock and a piece of concrete to shatter the glass.
