St. Louis Public Schools votes to demolish three vacant schools. Neighbors express relief

St. Louis Public Schools Board of Education voted to demolish three long-vacant schools in north city on Tuesday.

The buildings, which have been vacant for decades, include Euclid, Scullin and Hempstead Schools. They were all closed for declining enrollment, according to district officials.
