BRIDGETON, Mo. — Two people were killed in a wrong-way crash early Sunday on Interstate 270 in Bridgeton.
The crash happened just after 4 a.m. on southbound I-270 at St. Charles Rock Road. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes when it struck another vehicle head-on.
