ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -An officer and a driver are injured after a crash in East St. Louis late Saturday night.
According to Illinois State Police (ISP), Troop 8 officers responded to the intersection of Marybelle Avenue and 76th Street for a crash with injuries at around 10:50 p.m.
