On Sunday, June 14, 2026, two men were killed, and another man was injured in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 270 north of St. Charles Rock Road in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:49 a.m. The patrol reported that a 2015 Infiniti QX60 was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Interstate 270 when it struck the front of a southbound 2019 Toyota RAV4.
