A new Jimmy John’s location is set to open June 26 in Meridian Plaza in Glen Carbon, near Meridian Road and Illinois 157, an employee said.
The restaurant is relocating from Edwardsville, where the Jimmy John’s at 1063 S. Illinois 157 closed June 10 in preparation for the move. Once the new restaurant opens, Glen Carbon will have two Jimmy John’s locations, including the existing store at 3815 S. Illinois 159.
