ST. LOUIS – A mother has been jailed after her two young children were found severely emaciated earlier this week. One of the children died after being underfed.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incident occurred Sunday, June 14 in the 4300 block of St. Ferdinand Avenue, located in The Ville neighborhood.
