ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is in custody for possession of an illegally modified firearm less than two weeks after being released on probation for a prior firearms charge.
On June 15, police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Obear Avenue in the city’s College Hill neighborhood for a gathering of suspicious individuals.
