On this episode of First Alert Forward, reporter Nathan Vickers looks at a cluster of neighborhoods in the city of St. Louis that have seen robust growth over the past 20 years.
Much of that growth has occurred south and east of Forest Park in areas like the Central West End and the Grove, with support from the Washington University Medical Center Redevelopment Corporation.
