CHARLACK, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Four juveniles have been arrested after surveillance video captured six children vandalizing a north St. Louis County park, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
The St. Ann Police Department said the four suspects range in age from 9 to 13. The damage occurred at Charles J. Evola Park near I-170 and St. Charles Rock Road in Charlack.
