Downtown St. Louis office building changes ownership

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Bank of America Plaza, a downtown office building that has struggled to retain tenants, has been sold for at least $9.5 million under new ownership.

The building, located along Market Street just south of CityGarden, was foreclosed last summer after its owner defaulted on a loan. It is currently about 40 percent occupied.

The new owner of Bank of America Plaza has not been identified. It remains unclear what changes, if any, the new ownership may bring to the building…
