A new destination for soup dumplings recently debuted on the Delmar Loop. On May 1, Dumpling Plus (6335 Delmar) opened in the former Blue Ocean space. The new restaurant serves steamed soup dumplings, wonton soup, regular and pan-fried dumplings, and a small selection of Chinese street food options.
