As the revival of a Kirkwood icon draws near, one local leader is busy stumping for the future of rail travel in Missouri.
The $5.7 million renovation of the 133-year-old historic Kirkwood Train Station is on track, with plans in place for a grand reopening on Sept. 15. Major improvements have been made in the year since work began, and some are yet to come.
