ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A woman says she fell into an open manhole on a North City sidewalk last weekend. She suffered minor injuries, but worries someone else could get hurt.
“It’s really traumatizing,” Jamie Hassan said. Hassan said she fell into the hole on the evening of July 4.
