ST. LOUIS – This week, Bi-State Development leaders touted changes at 13 MetroLink stations as safety improvements and overall enhancements for riders.
The changes mark a shift away from an open-platform system by requiring a validated fare to activate security gates to enter. Ticket purchases can be made from machines or with a phone.
