DESLOGE, Mo. — A Missouri mother says she spent more than two years trying to get authorities to investigate the disappearance of her young son. Now, she is mourning after police told her that remains were found in a wooded area near Belleville, Illinois, on Wednesday, that they believe are likely her child.
Miranda Randazzo told 5 On Your Side she last saw her son, Ronnell “Prince” Jones Jr., on his second birthday, April 10, 2024. She said she tried for years to get someone to investigate the case, but nothing came of it.
