ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis Police said Thursday night homicide detectives were investigating after a man was shot and killed in North City.
SLMPD said officers were in the area of Union Boulevard and Terry Avenue when they observed a shooting in progress.
Police tell First Alert 4 at least four people were detained following the shooting as the investigation continues…
