ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Residents in St. Louis’ Benton Park neighborhood are calling for change, saying numerous properties are in poor repair and overgrown with vegetation.
Neighbors say the overgrowth is an eyesore and is hurting the reputation of their section of the neighborhood.
