ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Officials are set to discuss a controversial development at the former Rock Hill Quarry in Ladue.
The plan involves redeveloping about 50 acres near McKnight Road and Deer Creek. The proposal includes 235 apartments, 9,000 square feet of commercial space, structured parking and 42 single-family home lots.
