ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man was charged Tuesday, accused of shooting and killing a man outside of a Chevy’s over the weekend.
St. Louis County Prosecutors charged 30-year-old Keithshun K. Brewer with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.
