Three women have been arrested and charged in connection with the Glen Carbon animal-cruelty investigation that led authorities to rescue multiple dogs from a home last month.
Hannah Perry, 25, Donna Perry, 77, and Melanie Norem, 31, each face eight counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and eight counts of cruelty to animals, according to a Sept. 1 news release from the Glen Carbon Police Department.
