Kennedy Reed’s family is mourning the devastatingloss of the 26-year-old Ph.D. candidate, but they will soon have an opportunity to celebrate an academic milestone she spent years working to achieve.
Reed, who died in a carcrash in north St. Louison Aug. 4, has been posthumously awarded a doctoral degree by the WashingtonUniversitySchool of Medicine.
