ST. LOUIS – A man accused of threatening a St. Louis judge at the city courthouse earlier this week and telling the judge “I will see you at your house” is now facing a felony charge.
On Thursday, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Norbert Cody, 42, of St. Louis, with one felony count of tampering with a judicial officer.
